Back to School Sports Physicals Offered

FARMINGTON, NM (July 23, 2007) San Juan Regional Medical Center and participating physicians are offering low cost sports physicals to area middle school and high school students preparing for the fall sports season. The cost is $30, and appointments for the physicals may be made with Dr. Harold McFarling at 326-1922 or the Bloomfield Health Center at 632-1807. Students under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and all students must bring their sports physical form with the medical history section completed. These low-cost physicals will be offered until August 31st.
