The San Juan Regional Medical Center Radiology Department offers state-of-the-art equipment and procedures comparable to healthcare providers in large urban areas of the country. A full range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures are offered for both inpatients and outpatients and include:

• diagnostic radiology (x rays)
• ultrasound
• computed tomography (CT scan)
• magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
• mammography
• nuclear medicine
• other special procedures such as interventional radiology.
